Recently I have wanted to get out and capture some great images on location.
One friend suggested that Sutton Park might be a good location. Sutton Park located in Sutton Coldfield within the West Midlands, UK. It covers approximately 2000 acres and its both a National Nature Reserve and Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI).
Over the Easter weekend I decided it would be a great opportunity to scout out the location in preparation for future location photoshoots. On Easter Sunday there was a break in the weather and my wife and I decided that we would head out to Sutton Park for some fresh air and also to scout out Sutton Park.
Whilst scouting, I thought it would be a great idea to get some images of my wife. This would be a great test of some of the feature spots within Sutton Park and also to get an idea of what the images might look like on location.
I wanted to keep the kit bag light, so I only set-out with my trusty Canon 5D mkIII and my Canon 85mm f1.8 Lens. All images were captured in natural light and I found myself tackling the ever changing lighting conditions with sunshine and cloud.
I hope you like the images of which I enjoyed capturing and my wife also enjoyed being the model for the afternoon.See more of the Photoshoot
